Let’s Talk about Transition. How to Plan and Prepare beyond the Paper

Transition from Early Intervention begins at hello, this training will reflect on current practices on how do we plan and prepare families for transition beyond the paper work. The session will include procedural guidelines, policies, and best practices on supporting families for transition. Strategies and supports will be reviewed to insure the comprehensive and seamless transition from early intervention into the community, including the Local Education Agency, if eligible.
