Description |
Families receiving supports in early intervention may also be involved in other programs that may benefit their child & family. It is important for the Service Coordinators at the CFC’s to become familiar with the other programs that families often participate in. It is equally important that Service Coordinators and CFC support staff have time to build relationships with those individuals that work within those programs to ensure that we collaborate and communicate well with one another. Our relationships with one another impact the relationships we share with families. This learning community is an opportunity to discover the ABC’s of each other’s programs and to dialogue about ways to better support the families in our unique communities. Please consider bringing a sack lunch and joining us at Noon. Our learning community will begin at 12:30.
