Bringing Six Month Reviews Together with Early Intervention Teams

Description

Six month reviews are an established time for EI teams to come together to discuss progress, updates and any possible revisions to the IFSP for a child and family. The service coordinator begins the process of bringing the team together and managing many of the necessary details. This seminar will review all of the needed around planning for a six month review to create an meaningful discussion about the child and family and their IFSP.
