Safety within Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT)

Description

This workshop will help the therapist understand dog temperament and how to approach each animal.

Each therapist will learn how to identify signs of happiness , sadness, fear , anxiety and anger

Each therapist will learn hand signals on how to greet a dog and which ones to avoid. They then can demonstrate these signals to each child.
