Fascial Release: Upper Quarter and Respiratory System

Description

This 2-day course focuses on fascial release. Day 1 (Fascial Release of the Upper Quarter) applies to the thoracic and cervical regions. Day 2 (Fascial Release for the Respiratory System) applies to the pelvis, ribs, thoracic, clavicular, neck and facial regions. These techniques can be used to treat breathing and upper quarter postural dysfunction, pain, lymphatic and circulatory deficits, and scar formation. They can be used to create a generalized relaxation and can be taught to caregivers for home.
