Facilitating Play for children of ALL abilities was developed to help parents of children with special needs learn basic play facilitation skills, including techniques for verbal and non-verbal positive reinforcement, following the child’s lead, and expanding play experiences. Conducted by a Lekotek professional, the course includes MS PowerPoint slides, video, activities, and discussion designed to introduce and reinforce the play facilitation skills. This workshop will be presented in Spanish.
