Pediatric Constraint Induced Movement Therapy: Evidence Based Clinical Application

Description

Course content will include the theoretical basis of pediatric constraint-induced movement therapy (P-CIMT), five elements of signature P-CIMT, and behavioral and treatment techniques of P-CIMT. Specific treatment examples, behavioral techniques, and treatment adaptations will be discussed for different age groups ranging from 12 months to 18 years. Video examples will be included. Current research involvement of the Neuromotor Research Clinic will be presented as well.
