On a regular basis you may come in contact with children that know how to push every button that you have. What do you do in these situations? Through their personal live experiences, the presenters will help participants will learn how to reflect on their current well-being and the impact it may have interactions they have with their children. Individuals will also learn creative strategies including using humor to keep their buttons from being pushed by children with mental health diagnosis.
