This is a one-day laboratory workshop for proper application of Kinesio Tape®. Kinesio Tape is an elastic, hypoallergenic tape, designed with the intention of assisting in the treatment of musculoskeletal, myofascial and lymphatic based complaints and pathologies. In this course, attendees gain insight into the theory and proper taping methods assisting the practitioner in treatment of joint injury and instabilities, muscle facilitation and inhibition as it relates to the hypertonic/hypotonic muscle and the facilitation of proper proprioceptive activity.
