Description

- Compare and contrast "managing" vs resolving difficult emotions.

- Identify necessary elements of a safe emotional environment.

- Explore and discuss steps to teach emotional vocabulary and safe actions for expressing difficult emotions.

- Discuss the role of co-regulation and practice attunement behavior.


*There will be an optional phone conference following this training event that will be held on 4/8/14 from 4-5pm. No IL EI Credit is assigned to that optional phone call.
