This workshop is part 1 of a 2 part series, designed to enhance sensitivity to, appreciation of, and navigation through various aspects of diversity with the Illinois Early Intervention System participants. Within this workshop, participants will be led through an exercise to help them reflect on the nature of their own diverse background, exploring many aspects of what makes them uniquely them. This exercise will be expanded upon in part 2 of this series, entitled "Reflecting on and Appreciating EI Family Diversity."
