This workshop is designed to help Early Intervention Service Coordinators reflect on their life and their work and the sources from which they derive motivation and meaningfulness. Within this workshop, the following points of focus will be included:
1. The Science of Human Motivation
2. Differentiation between Left Brain work and Right Brain work and the importance of being able to navigate varied, complex, and multi-dimensional aspects of work (Right Brain)
3. Considerations of the meaningfulness of our work
4. The importance of self-direction and engagement in our work (Autonomy)
