Child Temperament: Working with the Behavioral Styles of Children in Early Intervention

All children in Early Intervention are unique and approach the world with their own style of behavior or temperament. Temperament is a child's innate way of approaching and experiencing the world. In this training, Early Intervention providers will learn about the nine temperament traits, three patterns of temperament, and strategies to observing temperament during home visits to ensure the most successful home visits.
