Description |
The purpose of this course is to provide participants with clinically relevant information regarding parent education and need for intervention for our youngest clients with suspected childhood apraxia of speech.
-Identify characteristics of young children with suspected apraxia
-Acquire practical strategies for talking to parents and caregivers when further intervention is warranted.
-Discover simple methods for empowering families and caregivers by providing them with simple tools and confidence to help young children learn to communicate.
