New Provider Orientation

Description

When providers are new to a CFC, they often have questions as to the practical ways providers work with that CFC. New Provider Orientation is an opportunity for EI providers newly enrolled in EI or new to our service area to familiarize themselves with CFC #15’s staff, organization, and internal practices. Providers will be able to meet the Program Manager, APM, Lead Service Coordinator, LIC Coordinator, Social Emotional Consultant/Resource Coordinator, and Technical Assistance Consultant all in one day. This training will support providers by detailing the in-house practices CFC #15 uses to place providers on teams, our delay list, and our e-mail system. Providers will be learn the purpose of each role in our daily systems and be able to ask questions. Providers will leave with a thorough understanding of our processes, systems, and the in's and out's of service delivery for families in CFC #15.
