Mirror, Mirror: Reflective Practice Across Infant and Early Childhood Settings

Description

This conference will focus on how incorporating reflective practice enhances the quality of early childhood programs such as Early Head Start, Home Visiting, Child Welfare and Early Intervention. Using didactic and experiential methods, Dr. Jones Harden will provide an overview of reflective practice and supervision with a particular focus on early childhood programs. Participants will use content on reflective practice and supervision to engage in reflection exercises over the course of the day and incorporate reflective practice in case studies.
