| Description |
This workshop will be given to service coordinators to assist them in working with parents when there is a conflict to negotiate. Many efforts are made to establish a good working relationship with parents in the program, however the mishandling of a conflict can result in quite a set back in maintaining that relationship. The speaker will talk about how to diffuse these difficults interactions.
