In February 2013, the Illinois Department of Human Services submitted a revised Part C State Performance Plan 2005 - 2012 to the Office of Special Education Programs.
The Illinois Department of Human Services' Part C Annual Performance Report for the period July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011 to be submitted to the Office of Special Education Programs is available for public comment. If you have comments on the plan, send your comments in writing to the Bureau of Early Intervention, 222 S. College, 2nd Floor, Springfield, IL 62704. Comments will be accepted until March 1, 2012.

Includes the Illinois Principles of Early Intervention, important policies and procedures, service descriptions (with billing codes, modifiers if required, and rates), definitions, and attachments. All providers are required to familiarize themselves with the Provider Handbook.
