No More Waiting for Online Certificates!
The Illinois EI Training Program is excited to inform you that we have updated our online trainings so that participants' certificates will be automatically generated and immediately accessible upon successful completion of all training event requirements. Requirements may include viewing course content, successfully passing quizzes, and completion of a required training evaluation. Once all training requirements are met the user will be allowed to view and print their certificates instantaneously or at a later date.
If you complete the required training evaluation and the certificate appears to be "locked" in the curriculum please refresh your web-browser and try again. For questions, concerns or to report a problem accessing your certificate please email onlinelearning@illinoiseitraining.org.
